American Wagyu Beef - 50% Wagyu/Angus. Born and raised in Southwest Missouri on our farm. These calves are raised on grass, and post-weaning, they are supplemented with silage also grown on our farm. Once they reach a specific age and size, they are then pulled to the finish pen where they are hand-fed a custom mix ration that is formulated by our nutritionist, and mixed in small batches here on the farm.
Price is all-inclusive, processing and delivery within 50 miles of the farm. Quarter beef is approximately 250 pounds hanging weight. You will receive a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The processor will contact you to customize your order.
A quarter beef typically feeds a family of four, 3-5 months, depending on how often beef is on the menu.
You are paying for a Pre-cut quarter beef. Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $9.95/lb. and includes all processing and delivery fees within 200 miles of the farm.

When they reach a specific age and weight, they are then pulled to a finish pen where they are hand-fed a custom grain mix formulated by our nutritionist and mixed in small batches here on our farm.
Price is all-inclusive, including processing, packaging, and delivery within 50 miles of our farm. Approximate hanging weight of 500 pounds. Our processor hangs the beef for 21 days for the perfect dry aging for premium tenderness and flavor and will contact you to customize your cut sheet and go over any specific details.
A half beef will last a family of four 6-8 months, depending on how often beef is on the menu.
Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is 9.50/lb. Price includes all processing fees and delivery within 200 miles of the farm.
