One-Half American Wagyu beef, 50% Wagyu/Angus.
These calves are born, raised and finished and processed in Southwest Missouri on our farm. Once they are weaned, they are raised on grass and supplemented with silage, also raised on our farm. When they reach a specific age and weight, they are then pulled to a finish pen where they are hand-fed a custom grain mix formulated by our nutritionist and mixed in small batches here on our farm.
Price is all-inclusive, including processing, packaging, and delivery within 50 miles of our farm. Approximate hanging weight of 500 pounds. Our processor hangs the beef for 21 days for the perfect dry aging for premium tenderness and flavor and will contact you to customize your cut sheet and go over any specific details.
A half beef will last a family of four 6-8 months, depending on how often beef is on the menu.
Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is 9.50/lb. Price includes all processing fees and delivery within 200 miles of the farm.
